Terms and Conditions

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the webshop of The Relationship Journal. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Product and Availability

The Relationship Journal is only available in English. We strive to keep our stock up to date, but in case of unavailability, we will inform you as soon as possible.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices on the website are in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payments must be completed in full before an order is shipped. We accept the following payment methods: IDeal and Bancontact.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship only within the Netherlands. For now, shipping is only available within the Netherlands, but this will be expanded soon. The book will be shipped within 1-2 days after ordering. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties, such as postal and courier services.

5. Returns and Cancellations

Returns are not allowed. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.

6. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase amount of the product.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, images, and designs, is the property of The Relationship Journal and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. Personal data is only used for processing your order and is not shared with third parties without your consent.

9. Disputes and Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
